Approachable, open and honest in their communication.

The leadership team are all related, so they definitely will be treated better than an outsider

For my education I am underpaid because of my age

A diverse team of people with different POVs makes the team very effective and shape the market
Meetings in small circle are effective, large scale meetings are useless

The coworkers need to be more open minded to new people and to treat them fairly. Not to take advantage of.

Team come together give an exceptional product.

Too much management and incompetence
