Mr. Thomas W. Reedy, also known as Tom, has been Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President at Carmax Auto Owner Trust since February 2013. Mr. Reedy has been the Chief Financial Officer of CarMax Inc. since October 2010 and has been it's Executive Vice President since March 2012. Mr. Reedy served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at CarMax Inc., From 2010 to October 2010 until October 2010. Mr. Reedy served as Senior Vice President of CarMax Inc. since 2010 until March 2012. Mr. Reedy served as Treasurer of CarMax Inc. since 2003. Mr. Reedy served as vice president of corporate development and treasurer, at Gateway, Inc., having joined CarMax, Inc. as vice president and treasurer in 1999. At GATX Corporation from 1996 to 1999, Mr. Reedy served first as assistant treasurer, corporate finance. He was promoted to treasurer in 1998. His prior experience also includes various financial roles in five years at American Airlines, Inc. Mr. Reedy earned a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and an M.B.A. at the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
