There is always some lack of communication. Not everyone is on the same page all the time

REALISTIC SQO QUOTAS FOR SDR'S. I completely understand having high expectations but 40 SQOs in a month is not possible in my opinion. Every SDR beleives this and if the quota was more realistic, SDRs would be more motivated to hit goal. Most people assume 40 sqo's is not possiblle - discouraging

I think there are favorites that get what they ask for and those that are out of the clique fend for themselves.
It would be nice to have opportunities for growth other than management positions. More project management opportunities would be really great.
