He served for 16 years at SPS Technologies, LLC, where he served as its Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since April 1997. He is also a licensed patent attorney. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary.
