Everyone works well together and has specialties that contribute to the success of the whole team.
The team tries hard to overcome the short comings of the leadership at the company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is sometimes a lack of professionalism and respect. We don't have to like everyone we work with personally, but I hate the gossiping.
