Communication. Consistent lack of communication and transparency about what is happening with the company and zero consideration for how items that fatten partner pockets are done at the expense of the common employee
The Great Resignation + unbelievable inflation this year. I'm hoping to see this reflected appropriately next time raises come around.
Every benefit the company provides (401K match, health coverage, PTO, etc) is average or below average for the industry. Lack of bonuses is an issue. Overall in a competitive job market there is nothing to promote working there other than the fact that titles are easy to acquire due to mass exodus
There is sometimes a lack of professionalism and respect. We don't have to like everyone we work with personally, but I hate the gossiping.
They do not care about their people at all

Understaffed and overworked has led to poor customer service. Clients are unhappy but leadership refuses to address the issues by trimming client list to fit the available staff
