Learning something new everyday. Being held to a high standard and the genuine focus on changing students lives
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay I negotiated is the best thing about my compensation. The ability to earn overtime. The benefits are not my favorite
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of the co workers are dismissive and not excited to work on a team. I think we should have more group initiatives to encourage better communication.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It’s a really competitive environment. It doesn’t feel successful even when you’ve executed the job you were asked. Co workers are dismissive and petty. No positive feedback only negative feedback. Ridiculous
