The experience here has been amazing for me. With the transition in the economy over the past few years, I struggled with finding a company who cared about their employees and allowed me to care about my employees. Carrington does a great job supporting me and my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With my direct and reporting team, I think we all really value education and know we are actually making a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I believe with the economy boom, this causes issues of the middle class in the industry.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the knowledge and confidence I am doing the right thing. That I am good at my job and receive the appropriate kudos needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy that the feedback I am always given is constructive. There is always positive feedback and how I can improve myself in other areas as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a family. We communicate well. There is no competition between each other. We are all about how we can make our department better.
