I am very grateful for being able to being able to work, but sometimes the goals for the program are not very well stablished or deviated form truly helping the students. Quotas and numbers tend no to fully convey the effort instructors put trying to help the students

What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with students. Good students will be eager to learn and push me to be better prepared each class.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leadership is to involved looking at the numbers of students graduating vs. dropping without taking into account personal matters that happen with the pandemic. Also, the program allows for low quality applicants to enter, then recycling them to meet re-entry quotas.
