I started here as a student and came back with specific goals in mind. I do not like how long it takes for issues to get resolved and when I feel like I'm being bullied in the workplace.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's nothing great about it, it's subpar.

Working with people who care about the community
What are some of the best things about your team?
A room full of women with ideas and opinions collaborating on making an impact.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I can't get a same day enrollment when FA members are out every other day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team is all people of color. As a mixed black and Chinese woman, this is the best thing for me. I feel seen and heard with all issues from a place of genuine understanding.
