Professional communication between collogues, better technical training on how to complete the job, built in recurring team bonding events
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My education combined with my work experience and technical skills do not match my pay. I feel as though I was given a blanket rate and my education and experience was not taken into account. In addition, raises and advancements have not been discussed with me.
