What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would not like to do multiple roles, I would like to only work one job that I was hired for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their employees and not over working them. Many people do multiple jobs when they are only getting paid to do one job. The leadership team favors certain employees over others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued, I do 3-4 jobs for the price of one. They do not give supplemental pay or a raise. I would like more days off and a raise along with supplemental pay for the multiple roles I play on this campus.
