What makes you most happy at work?
This is the best leadership team I have enjoyed working with. They are respectful, caring and kind. They listen without judgement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In terms of regular pay and doubling our goals it is not alligned. I barley make enough income to pay basic househould needs, vehicle payment basic necessities such as utility and food.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership Annie Volk, James Brooks-Avey and Dan Simon are incredible leaders in terms of the treatment of their employees. They are kind and thoughtful while at the same time striving for excellence with their students success.
