Happy most days but I feel that management doesn't understand "salary" vs "hourly." I crave more work/life balance. I feel like I live here.

I am not afraid to make mistakes.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being in the classroom with the students.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly, I don't really know them. But I haven't developed any negative feelings toward them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the sole instructor of a program with over 20 students. I am doing the job of a PD but getting paid as an instructor. I mean, I don't know what a program director makes but at least if I can't have the pay, the title would be nice
