What are some of the best things about your team?
Many of them reliably show up and help where they can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Program Director cares about everyone, student and employee alike, and goes out of her way to advocate for people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been doing triple the amount of work that I should in the last two years of COVID, and have not received a significant raise.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better recognition for how hard many of us work, and how much of ourselves we put in every single day for the benefit of the students.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much stress every day to the point that it is affecting my health. This could be improved by asking or at least considering us when making changes that increase workload.
