What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
THE STUDENTS and 2-3 coworkers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When someone is told something in confidence and they run to management behind my back ... that is VERY unethical.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
MORE money, PAID time OFF.. WE HAVE NO TIME OFF (except for the weekends) !! THAT IS NOT ENOUGH !! TALK about mental burnout !!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compassion, being MORE understanding and patient with adn towards BRAND new staff. I feel that every time I talk to my colleagues in private (confidentially) this gets back to my current manager and therefore I cannot confide in anyone. It is a TOXIC environment where I can't wait to get away from.
