To be honest, it changes depending on your department or campus. Some have a good culture and others are really bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits have taken a dive but that might be everywhere. Feeling undervalued comes from just a couple of specific people. Overall, I feel valued.
