What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have received ongoing and dependable support from Student Affairs Manager, Deans of Curriculum and Dean of Instruction and Student Success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the most amazing coworkers, along with the students, they are the reasons I come to work each day. My coworkers are a gift.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have several direct reports and each make roughly $3,000 less than me, annually. This is very unfair considering the responsibility of my position and stress associated. This is a figurative slap in the face to me. I am not valued on the campus. My opinion is rarely taken into consideration.
