It was a bit bumpy in the beginning but this was also during COVID, it has gradually improved and is getting better by the day. Any questions I have I know I can get answers to. I've never felt I couldn't get help if I needed it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very personable and approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That they offer medical and 401k
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning with the students and seeing them succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The students are the best part. The other staff on campus are very friendly as well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The long time employees struggle with change and seem to take their unhappiness out on the new staff. I have tried being friendly and accommodating and understanding of their situation. Now I just communicate if necessary.
