They know me on a personal level. They are approachable and kind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage everyone to be part of the team, and do not talk about others and put people down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They include me in decision making, and respect my opinions. You can cohort with them about students to help them succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The stress level is so much nicer here. I used to work on a busy Unit as a Nurse, this is so much better.
