This was my first instructor job, I started out with an amazing mentor who helped me move into a program director position and could not be happier with the way things worked out.

Being a small part in changing peoples lives for the better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very open and honest and makes sure our communication is open.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all a big happy family, everyone knows everyone and is able to get along
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, however my pay could be better for the work that I am doing and cheaper benefits would be appreciated.
