When there is an issue, they listen. This can provide changes which I have witnessed.

Since Elmo has been on campus, communication has improved. He listens, and we are trending back to a friendly, working together culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Teaching. Working with people who are dedicated to teaching and open to sharing ideas. Working with others to HELP and CARE about students.
