Program directors are overloaded with meetings, workloads with minimum support and careless Sacramento campus management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
underpaid, more workload, minimum support, policies are changing almost on daily basis, benefits are among the worst compared to other colleges.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire competent employee at the right position. Make sure insulting culture, passive aggressive behavior, and condescending mentality are eliminated mainly from the campus dean at Sacramento campus.
