Their patience with me making sure my questions and concerns are answered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is friendly. I think we can have some improvements regarding security concerns (more security on campus)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe working in financial aid for an institution should enable us to have some sort of tuition assistance as well as I am interested in going back to school. Education is important to all of us here at carrington
