Personally, I have been able to grow with the company and would like to continue to grow within the company. With covid and remote working, we have had a lot of changes and turnover which resulted in many process changes and updates.

We're starting to work all together as a team- meaning all departments.

Teaching the team new ways to overcome objectives and working towards a goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits, However I'd like to see tuition reimbursement outside of our institution to assist in growth within the company.
