I have been here a short time and the management structure seems adequate, but the persons at each position have varied levels of ability to lead successfully within their roles.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no outstanding item, the package is fair
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have collegues within my department who appreciate and value my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work cooperatively towards the same goal of training and teaching high achieving students who are successful, valued and contribute to their profession.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have a variable commute from 50 - 100 minutes each direction. I would appreciate teh ability to work remotely 20% of the work week and spend the commute hours on more of my work day and some exercise to prevent repetitive strain from sittiing at the computer.
