I appreciate the level of transparency and understanding of day to day campus operations.

My team is extremely collaborative and open to ideas on how to improve processes and procedures.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that I am provided with adequate PTO and the dental benefits in particular are satisfactory.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The commitment to making sure our students have positive outcomes following completion of their programs. We do not have an overly bureaucratic structure, our leaders and executives are very accessible.
