What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our campus strives hard to create an inclusive culture and we work hard to motivate each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy their ideas and vision. I think we have a great group in terms of student focus and outcomes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are in the business for the right reason. I do think we could do better in terms of skill set. Especially soft skills for some seem to be lacking.
