I have grown a lot at this organization. I really enjoy developing new skills and learning and I feel like I am able to do so because of my director and VP. They are extremely intelligent, hands on and truly believe in the growth and development of not only our team, but me as an individual.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the consistency and the annual increases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how collaborative the leadership team is. They are constantly working with one another to improve processes.
What makes you most happy at work?
finding the right person for the team I am hiring for as well as placing someone in their dream job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that everyone on my team comes from different walks of life and we are all able to learn from one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My entire team is remote, but when we get together as a team it is as if we all work right alongside each other all day, everyday.
