Getting to work with the people I work and interact with most. I have zero insight or contact into our external customers; my only 'customers' are my other team members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Keep your negative attitudes and opinions in check for the sake of the team and working together. Too much animosity at times which seriously impedes productivity. Be professional, not personal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The freedom with which we're allowed and empowered - and ultimately expected - to do our jobs. Mutual respect for one another and for our responsibilities is key; when respect is lost, so are productivity and efficiency lost as well.
