Caseys General Stores Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Insurance is top notch and the 401k match is good

My insurance covers my medical needs

Health insurance is the best

Being able to access my wages early

Time off vacation/ sick time

Daily Pay and control of when I get paid

Review from Customer Support Dept

I appreciate all the benefits of caseys general store

Full coverage all across the board

Health insurance and overtime/ holiday pay

It's a good package all the way around

Don't really receive compensation package

Once you take all into consideration for what you do for the company, their compensatiin package is terrible.

Really easy for directions. Explains itself

Insurance is really great here. Ive been here four years and it is the absolute beat insuance ive hd

Health insurance i bekieve is the best

I work full time for 23 yrar become fitst assistance and i just step down i just part yim

I dont know my benefits package

I have no opinion on that

401K, insurance, raise, life insurance

Short term disablity and the vacation and sick time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been with the company coming on 3 years two different locations and the major issue is the leadership.

Better pay and PTO for all employees including pt

I'm working as a kitchen manager and both as my managers assitant because our dm wont let us hire any shift leads or asst manager and i feel like i should be paid more

I was offered a promotion and 17.50 with staff then tried to make me take it for 16 come paper work!

Pay the oeople what they are worth

I work very hard to make our store successful, clean and keep our customers happy and am paid less then new employees just starting with no experience and are just there for a pay check.

Above and beyond for a decade, file first complaint and now instead of them accepting responsibility, focus is now switched to me and how i should be doing more, lied on my review, threatened my job, editing my hrs worked, my hours and pay cut, and get zero help i have to do everything

More dental pay and vision

I feel like im my store managers personal assistant the way she scheduels me and uses me just so she dont have to bend down is not right

My distrect manager tells me i need to be here more often, right now im not at the stor 6 hours a day

Give praise or incentive for work or excellent performance and attendance.

I just feel like our employee discount should reach beyond then when we are exclusively on the clock

A better explanation would be great. The benefit package was very vague and didn't really answered some of the questions. I had no clue who to call.

Instead of 12 dollars an hour I will would like 13 like everyone else

I asked for my raise several times and have been with the company for three years. I've not gotten a raise. When brought to management, I was told that I “didn't know what” I was “talking about.” I've been making the same rate since I was hired. My ADP pr

Manager does none of the work. It falls on 2 people. There is no team. So you do everything for little pay, harassment and belittling.

My "new" manager is absolutely clueless. I've never not showed up to work. I've never called in. I'm always there. So where is my money

If my boss wasnt high strung abd acts like shes better than me

Sometimes I work 8days in a row. I work every weekend and never have my days off together. Just because the schedule says you get off at 1:30 doesn't mean you can leave because nobody else is scheduled until3 or later. So you have to stay. You can't have a life outside of caseys

After having a knife to my throat and threatened at work in front of customers it wouldve been nice if my gm or anyone higher up asked me how i was doing but instead i was yelled at for calling thr police because my gm, mark boyce, store 4205 avoids ever writing ppl up nc he doesnt want investohatio
