Interactions with coworkers and customers
It used to be the fast pace and they accomplishment of it and my coworkers but a lot of change in just a few weeks it's crazy I was wanting to stay on but with my hands the way they are right now and them not working with me I don't feel there is a future
The people that I work with!
When I finally get to go home
Seeing guest smile and returning
Money I v got to have money
Getting to know my customers and chat with my regulars
The people makes me happy
Helping out people and making food
Having the tools to do the job
Getting all my projects completed and seeing the results.i have worked every area in the store and take pride in it's cleanliness and organization.

Working with people who actually do what they are supposed to and dont leave me to do everything on my own.

When my store manager is not there
Being able to serve my community and seeing regular guests. Communication among regular employees makes it easier to come into work. The problem is our management team fratanizing. They do not do the work that they need to be doing but complain about the staff. I've been in the GM seat, I see it.
Better management and respect for employees
It starts with the employees you build a team that work together great that can work as a team and pick up whenever the other ones slowing down to have a fair scheduling

Acceptance and equality is lacking
The store manager at store 3386 is not fit for the management position, as she gossips about her workers and customers. She shows immaturity and is not approachable.
Most of the employees especially the cashiers seem like they hate their lives they are not friendly they are extremely rude to customers and I have heard numerous complaints yet nothing has been done
Store Manager impedes other managers from doing their jobs and would rather sit on her butt in the office doing "paper work" for most of her shift. She also guilt trips people for calling out.
Need new manager in place and finding better help
Get a manager in there that actually shows up for work and treats her employees with respect
It's always one person in the kitchen and there's never enough food in the warmers that should be and the training is very bad
Management needs to help out
Just need more workers in the kitchen, freedom, a breather, and to be listened to when makong suggestions
Its not clean in the store and employes were eating while working
Clean up the store . Hire people that want to work. And managers that want to work. .not get high on the job.

The way shift leaders be~little worker's in front of the customers. Manager does the schedule. Always short handed, because of scheduling. She cuts the worker's hrs. And always taking people that she doesn't like off the schedule. It's her fault there's not enough people worker's on schedule.

Employees someone of higher up than the manager needs to go in there and have a meeting with everyone
Being accused of inappropriate behavior (flirting) and then being harassed and in a threatening manner. Is not okay. Having a kitchen manager who doesn't train let alone carry some responsibility is unhelpful and makes a job harder than it should be.
All the things improve everything
Not enough employees per shift, and no managers at night
Well managers arent best for the customers or the staff customers get cursed at and staff treated like dogs by cynthia she is the 1st assistant manager and they are sugar coating everything because the new distrant manager is here

The registers lock up extremely often and the layout of the touch screen needs work maybe it is user interface?
