Give us a raise every year, even if it's a cost of living increase. The last couple years, we were only given a 10 cent per hour raise. This year...nothing. It doesn't give much of an incentive to stay. (This is my 8th year)

The coworkers need to do their job the right way. They allow the customers to break all the rules, so when we follow the rules, the customers argue with me saying the other person said it was ok.
