We not only have a top notch benefits package, but we also have a very generous personal development allowance as well as unlimited professional development. On top of that, Celtra gives both mothers and fathers paid maternity/parental leave benefits - truly acknowledging the need for balance.

The benefits are amazing, gym + commute reimbursement!

More than the salary, which I believe they meet the industry standards, the benefits at Celtra are great. These include health benefits, commute, phone bill, vacation and time off, among others.

Outside of an all around highly competitive compensation package, Celtra has done a great job thinking of the little things, like extended paid parental leave and gym membership reimbursement.
