it is very comprehensive and employees are offered all kinds of benefits

If it were easier to get promotions for good work instead of seniority

work together to achieve a common goal
the cohesiveness even though we are spread across the country.

Too many meetings, get rid of them.
Only have meetings when necessary

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is only two of us in the office, however we get along very well.

Promote people based on talent, not croneyism.

finally navigating through it and getting the offer

Terrible performance during pandemic on all fronts.
