When interviewing I was asked what I would like and the company met that expectation. They give early bonus for the holiday season and in the short time I have been here I have seen them adjust pay mid-year to account for some market adjustments.

I personally think the trip they do every year and the get togethers are really nice, the health benefits are probably average, the compensation is most likely above market and they do have a bonus program as well.

It is awesome to belong to a company that out of the blue gives an extra merit increase in reaction to the salary markets. Also, it's great having the annual bonus and opportunity for quarterly over-time bonuses for those projects we have to work a lot of extra hours.

Bonus is really good compared to what I used to get at Accenture for top performer..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know my market value - on my paycheck. I am not earning nearly as much as some of the other people who we have hired to whom I know I more more experienced and skillful.

The benefits are atrociously expensive.

I know that I could earn more elsewhere, but I would not want to trade the culture and support I have for more money. I am aware that we pay other people with less skills in my area of expertise much more.

Benefits are too expensive for Contracting employees and the options are not a part of my compensation.
