The company doesn't yet have a good way to measure people's success or contribution. I see fantastic work out there and those people aren't sometimes as rewarded as well as those who are a squeaky wheel and don't really act like a team member. It's rare but it does occur.

The company is undergoing change right now and sometimes the environment can be stressful. There are conflicting ideas on planning and imperatives.
Compensation is below market for in-demand specialties; 401k match needs to be clear and predictable.
I think the communication within the company can be streamlined.
I'd like to see us grow our IT staff, have a more steady rotation of clients, hire junior developers in the greater metro area, help them grow within our company, and take on more data science projects.
