Quality of service is poor.

Many of the ones I have known are not invested in delivering quality.
What did you like most about the interview process?
CGI invests little in helping their consultants do well on interviews with clients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Take an interest in their employees. Once you're at a client, you virutally cease to exist.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of investment in their employees. Raises are always less than cost of living even when you perform well.
