The benefits package is excellent. The work is exciting and challenging. If anything I would point to a slight overkill on internal process and tools to deliver financial progress but overall I am enjoying the experience

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pension and shares option is fantastic, the company matches 3.5% sage purchase each month adding an extra dimension to the salary. The pension is more than matched up to 8% with the company providing 10%. There are too many to mention
