Seeing my friends and enjoying the work I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock and 401K. Company matches us and stock is rising every year.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was very nice and personable. He was prepared and we got along great! I was hired the next day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have different strengths and weakness. We balance each other out and work together to strengthen those weaknesses and succeed as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have fun together and laugh while still being productive. We have 23 employees in our office and it is like a big family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We receive lots of communication from our leadership team. From weekly newsletters and quarterly town hall meetings , all employees are treated like owners and kept abreast of all aspects of the company's progress, financials, benefits, and new ventures.
