Management needs to stop promising deliverables and unreal timelines to the customer that present unnecessary workloads on those that will need to actually deliver.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
When acquiring contracts, they need to do a better job of understanding the pain points before they proceed, instead of later making the lower level employees suffer the consequences of their initial mistakes, by laying them off to adjust for the bottomline.
