What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have meetings with employees when you make changes to their pay.

Interview/On boarding takes almost a year. Lots and LOTS of paperwork.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hostile work environment for federal contractors. CGI backs the company, NOT its workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing a safer environment free of workplace harassment and hostility from the federal workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No promotions available. No pay increases for federal workers which are very much needed. Cost of living adjustments should also be included.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Works culture was horrible. Federal Contractors were treated very badly and almost everyone quit. Back up your employees, not just your contracting agency!!
