What are some of the best things about your team?We all truly have each other's backs while we, together, face the impossible demands of leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are there for you & are very helpful in ensuring you achieve your best
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs to listen to their employees when concerns are voiced around risky timelines and budgets. Employees know when our wellbeing and the product quality are suffering, and leadership needs to take these concerns more seriously instead of insisting on pushing through.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership is pushing for faster timelines and smaller budgets and it is not possible in many cases. To improve, we need to serious about what a realistic timeline is when we stick to a proven process.
