Constructive Feedback From Chamberlain Group Employees

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to listen to their employees when concerns are voiced around risky timelines and budgets. Employees know when our wellbeing and the product quality are suffering, and leadership needs to take these concerns more seriously instead of insisting on pushing through.

Leadership is pushing for faster timelines and smaller budgets and it is not possible in many cases. To improve, we need to serious about what a realistic timeline is when we stick to a proven process.

My field of expertise is typically undervalued, but more opportunity for equity or incentives would help.
