I get back what im spended here. Time, hours is equally with my pay

We all are still passionate with this company, but felt disappointed year by year of the management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is getting lesser with spending same working hours. When im aiming higher position in this company , please look back and consider my previous take home pay to offer me new position package.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen & consider employee comments, know that CHANEL is branded, famous and confidence, but dont forget employee spending their own time to company. We are actually selling our time, life to company that's why company pay us basic salary, its a relation of selling and buying.
