Everyone in this company is so together. What I mean is, they want to help, they want to share knowledge, they want to foster you and lift you up. There's healthy, motivating competition. Never sneaky snarky underhanded actions.

They are all hardworking and very reliable

The could work together better and help each other out.

Management needs to act as one managing body and must make themselves available when issues arise. You'd be hard pressed to find a manager available when they're needed to intervene. Favoritism is rampant and gossipping is a way of life.
