to get inside on who's hiring me and I can fill out the person and know if it's a good fit

They asked difficult, open ended questions. Which I actually appreciate. They want to know your morals and mindset are aligned with theirs. It wasn't all about my experience, it was nearly all about me as me. Not a number or statistic.
