They are constantly assessing and looking for opportunities to be better. Socially, economically, and environmentally. They are accountable for their actions and strive to learn and do better.

Inspiring and motivating. I am the best version of me because of my Director. I am excited to see what I can become under such a healthy and nourishing environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone in this company is so together. What I mean is, they want to help, they want to share knowledge, they want to foster you and lift you up. There's healthy, motivating competition. Never sneaky snarky underhanded actions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked difficult, open ended questions. Which I actually appreciate. They want to know your morals and mindset are aligned with theirs. It wasn't all about my experience, it was nearly all about me as me. Not a number or statistic.
