I've worked for McKesson and now Change Healthcare for 10 years. It was great working for McKesson but Change Healthcare is top heavy and they give very poor raises if any. They are more interested in looking good on paper than anyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The raises are 1-2% per year. Last year it was Zero, but essentially told us we should be happy to have a job.

We are not paid enough and salary is not competitive for the market.
