The leadership team has solid skills, and very responsive
Generally very open and transparent
Review from Product Dept
I like that they are accessible. Its not a chain or command thing
My manager always makes time
Their commitment to find ways to do the right thing, even when it may be hard. That, and their willingness to be open to change and find news ways of doing things.
Review from HR Dept
they are hands on and care about what we go through.
The executive team is very approachable.
Everything. I work with a great team
The CFO is good, but not much to state about the remainder
The CFO is good. I have never seen a less dynamic CEO and during 1/4ly meetings always looks down to read from a script.
They offer continued support and encouragement.
The transparency of our leadership team and the investment in innovation.
They are very understanding. As long as there is open communication, we really act as a team.
Review from HR Dept
Open and honest communication. They don't side step questions and strive for innovation
Always available to listen and align with their staff.
Candid consistent open transparent engaged
Leadership DNA framework, award winning communication, consistently delivers
Everyone above the directors are just in it to pad their resumes and reduce cost in the form of people while increasing their bonus at the expense of their employees' well being - and tons of nepotism
Open for the most part.
My manager and I were aquired by CHC. I guess i liked the fact that she wasnt replaced by someone that didnt knkw what they were doing.
Fire them all and get managers that care about employees
communicating and better training efforts.
Should plan return to office
Communication, honesty, know how to do the job of their employees
Hearing requests for better pay
arrange how to make work more proactive

The entire executive team needs to be replaced
Everything. Especially stealing people's identities.
Management in general. Training needs to be done for management here big time.
Try caring about the employees as much as you do about your self.
Reality. They are so far up in their ivory towers they don't know what it's like down here. Benefits should actually be beneficial. I should be able to take A SINGLE DAY OFF without calls and emergencies management can't address. Address the issues impacting the WORKERS, not the stockholders or UHG
Stop being so self-serving and focused on your bonuses while the real workers are penalized, no raises, fear of lay-offs
There are leaders and directors who don't even know how to talk with employees. Leaders and directors are recruited based on personal references. No 360 degree manager reviews.
Accountability for their actions and how they treat employees especially ones that have a disability.

PAYING THE STAFF MORE THAN THEY ARE NOW. LOCAL AREA IS AVERAGING 15.00 PH
Review from Operations Dept
Not driving the company into the ground by laying off, by now, practically the entire infrastructure, systems, operations, development and database teams. We have been running on a skeleton crew for just under a year, and now employees as jumping ship (myself included) to positions paying double!
There is a separation between the boots on the ground and running a company
Review from Operations Dept
The executive team thinks that layoffs are hilarious.
Review from Product Dept
focus on the employees rather than management
Review from Operations Dept
Communication and training. compensation and offering contract workers permanent opportunities in a timely manner
