Driving forward with a single, collective mission.
helping patients who are actually nice and communitive,
Can't really think of anything all that positive
Working with different people, and working remote is fantastic
I motivate myself to do the best job possible. Culture and environment are not considered in how I perform.
I no longer care to discuss because nothing will be done.
The majority of the employees are genuine and work hard
Change Healthcare provides an inclusive environment, where employees can feel comfortable with being themselves.
The engagement of our people to add value.
I work from home, but with all the tools that Change Healthcare provides, I never seem to skip a beat.
Review from HR Dept
The company is well set up for a mostly remote workforce. They have a lot of tools and technology for employees to succeed in remote roles; encourages balance and my manager has actually told me to take breaks or finish up "there is a lot of work but it doesn't all need to get done in one day"
The co-workers are the best part
The openess of the culture is refreshing
Everyone is willing to assist in the common goal.
transparency, DE&I, servant leadership, data driven
My coworkers and project manager were very encouraging and supportive.
Not a darn thing that I can come up with!
Inclusive and everyone is willing to teach and learn.
WORK DAY IS ONLY 8 HOURS

Review from Operations Dept
Actually care about all employees and not just tye senior level leaders. Be transparent and share the profits with the people doing the work.
New executive management and replacement of the board
The management needs better training.
focus on the ground up and not just leaders repeating useless catchphrases
Listen to all team members
CHC has embraced a corperate life style that is toxic. We are not the small time healthcare solution family oriented company we once were. Soon customers will figure that out and some how entangle from us to find a company that meets their needs.
Lot of things. Lot of R&D leadership
Management needs to treat their employees respectfully and not yell at them and belittle them in front of coworkers. They need to follow the workplace expectations and the code of conduct just like everyone else is expected to do. Management needs to take accountability for their actions.
Review from Operations Dept
Stop worry about culture and treat the employees financially
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone needs to try and make things better, not just sling mud at someone or a group of people.
